Premium includes cloud storage for one Shelly Camera, so you can keep and review recorded events with secure cloud backup. If you already have a separate Shelly Cloud Camera Storage plan, Premium adds one more camera to your allowance.
Let your home respond to weather forecasts, sunrise and sunset. Use the weather widget to see conditions for your chosen location, then build scenes that help your connected devices react automatically. Forgotten-lights reminders can notify you by push notification or email when lights have been left on.
Premium gives you room to build a more personalised setup:

Explore your statistics in one-minute intervals for a more detailed picture of how your connected devices are being used. Monthly energy reports are available in the app and by email, helping you compare consumption patterns and identify opportunities to save.
Receive notifications when Shelly devices go offline, so you know when something needs attention. Premium also expands the device event log from 5 to 100 events, making it easier to look back at recent activity.
Up to 10 AI models for device-failure detection can help identify abnormal device behaviour. These tools depend on the devices and data available in your setup.
Check device status and create scenes using Shelly AI Assistant, with up to 50 prompts per day included in Premium. It is another way to manage your setup alongside the usual Shelly Smart Control app controls.
Your voucher provides 12 months of prepaid Premium access for one Shelly Smart Control account. Compatible devices are required to use device-specific features; a Shelly Camera and other hardware are sold separately.
The physical voucher is delivered by post and includes a scratch-off activation code and QR code.
1. Scratch the card to reveal the code.
2. Scan the QR code and sign in to your Shelly Smart Control account.
3. Follow the instructions to activate your 12 months of Premium.
The code can be redeemed once and cannot be transferred after activation. If you already have a paid plan or trial, check your subscription settings before redeeming: the printed voucher states that existing plans are paused during the voucher period and billing may resume afterwards unless cancelled.
