What are Shelly products?

Shelly products are smart home automation devices that connect via WiFi and do not need a hub to operate. They can do many tasks ranging from turning your lights or appliances on and off, to monitoring the temperatures of your freezers and swimming pools.

Are you the same company as shelly.cloud?

No, we are an authorised reseller trading as Shelly Store UK.

Are you authorised to sell Shelly products?

Yes. We are a trusted reseller in the UK. Please see https://shelly.cloud/trusted-partners.

Is there a guarantee on your products?

All Shelly products are covered under the manufactures guarantee for 24 months from the day of purchase. Please note, damage caused by incorrect wiring or firmware flashing will not be covered under the guarantee.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK cards including Mastercard, Visa and AMEX.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Click through the checkout to see your shipping costs. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver internationally.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If however, you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unopened in original condition. Customers are responsible for all returns costs and we are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if the items were damaged or faulty when delivered. Please note, refunds can only be made to the original card used to make the order and can take up to 10 days to process once they are received in our warehouse. If it is not possible to refund the same card, then we will raise a gift voucher for the correct value. To arrange a return please contact us at support@shellystore.co.uk.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you do not. We have a guest checkout feature to make it quick and easy to checkout, although we would highly recommend setting up an account so you can easily track your orders.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Please login to your account and go to the my orders tab. If you checked out as a guest, please be patient, and if in doubt contact us at support@shellystore.co.uk.

Where is my order?

Delivery times will vary dependent on the delivery method chosen at checkout. If you think your parcel has become lost please contact us at support@shellystore.co.uk.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as you can at support@shellystore.co.uk to cancel your order.

My product arrived faulty, what should I do?

Before you contact us for a replacement, please visit the support page or facebook group to confirm that it is indeed faulty. Many times it is caused by bad wiring or a misunderstanding of the product. If your device is indeed faulty, please open a ticket by going to the support centre.
